The Central American Group welcomes BriskHeat to the Green Park Free Zone in Costa Rica

The Central American Group will welcome a new tenant to its Green Park Free Zone in Alajuela, Costa Rica, in the first quarter of 2023.
BriskHeat is a Columbus, Ohio – based manufacturer of custom heating and temperature control solutions. The company will occupy over 63,000 square feet of new industrial space and eventually employ approximately 700 Costa Rican workers.
Among the custom solutions that the company will produce for its customers at its new Green Park Free Zone facility are:
- Cloth Heating Jackets.
- Cloth and Silicone Rubber Heating Tape.
- Cloth insulators.
- Silicone Rubber Drum Heating Blankets.
BriskHeat serves various industries, including agriculture, aerospace, biodiesel, food processing, and gas handling and processing. The company also services HVAC and plumbing, analytical instrumentation, oil and gas, petrochemical and chemical processing, plastics injection molding, pulp and paper, power generation, semiconductors, waste and wastewater treatment, and general manufacturing.
